Before saying anything else about apps, first I will start by saying just the idea of a Support app already deserves like four stars. It's so much more practical to just open the app instead of having to get to a computer and go to the Support website! One thing I think should be added, though, is a kind of FAQ with basic troubleshooting steps so we can try to fix it ourselves before needing to talk to someone. But yet anyway, not having a FAQ isn't that big of a deal, because when using the online chat, I was answered in like one minute! The answers were very helpful, and my issue was solved.
It is my only story that I used to share through my already installed apps (share doubt to the techies). It is one of the best apps associated with the Apple device (iPhone, iPad, iPod and more.) The only problem being, one of the steps had me rebooting my phone, and, once I did, there was no way to get back to that chat! I'm sure people could just open another case and give them the reference number for the case before rebooting, but really all I wanted to do was thank the guy who helped me and let him know it worked.
