Before saying anything else about apps, first I will start by saying just the idea of a Support app already deserves like four stars. It's so much more practical to just open the app instead of having to get to a computer and go to the Support website! One thing I think should be added, though, is a kind of FAQ with basic troubleshooting steps so we can try to fix it ourselves before needing to talk to someone. But yet anyway, not having a FAQ isn't that big of a deal, because when using the online chat, I was answered in like one minute! The answers were very helpful, and my issue was solved.
